At Fraoch Lodge, we offer comfortable, affordable accommodation in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or a week of outdoor adventures, we aim to provide excellent value and warm hospitality.
Room prices start at £50 per room.

We don’t list individual room prices here because they fluctuate seasonally. When you book direct you ensure the best available rates.
We offer a range of delicious home-cooked meals using fresh, local ingredients:
Cooked Breakfast – £9
Packed lunches – £9 including freshly baked, homemade bread; home baked cake or cookies and other snacks
Dinner – £25 (2 courses) join us for a cosy evening meal by prior arrangement
Meals can be added during the booking process or requested in advance.
Standard check-in: from 5:00 PM
Early check in may be available on request. We would prioritise your changeover. Additional supplement – £50.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Free baggage storage available before check-in or after check-out.
Secure bike storage and basic repair tools.
Drying room for wet gear.
